Jessica L. (Garland) Daley


Jessica (Garland) Daley is a litigation associate at the Newport Beach office. She focuses her practice in the areas of construction and business litigation.

Jessica enjoys being able to apply her collaborative spirit to the practice of law.  She has found that collaboration and creativity go a long way in helping to achieve the best results for her clients. 

In her construction litigation practice, Jessica represents residential developers in complex, multi-party construction defect disputes.  In commercial construction, Jessica is focused on defending general contractors in all aspects of construction litigation including delay claims, mechanic’s lien claims, and defect litigation claims. 

Jessica’s practice also involves all aspects of business litigation, with representative matters including breach of contract, contract interpretation, partnership disputes and other related causes of action.  

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Theodor C. Albert at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.  While at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, she worked to provide legal assistance to Orange County residents through UCI Law’s Domestic Violence Clinic and competed as a member of UCI’s Jessup International Law Moot Court Team where she honed her oral advocacy and writing skills.
