Biography
Scott Glassmoyer is an associate in the firm’s Walnut Creek office. Mr. Glassmoyer’s civil litigation practice focuses on the representation of developers, builders, and general contractors in construction and insurance disputes. He also has experience handling matters involving the misappropriation of trade secrets, mortgage lending laws, insurance coverage determinations, maritime law and liability for toxic torts.
Mr. Glassmoyer received his J.D. from the Boston College Law School in 2007 and his B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002. During law school, Mr. Glassmoyer spent his summers working with the U.S. Department of Justice in San Francisco and with a Rhode Island attorney, pursuing claims against state and institutional sponsors of terrorism. He also has experience working as a sales professional with a commercial real estate brokerage team at CB Richard Ellis, where he assisted with single asset and portfolio disposition efforts for private and institutional clients.
Mr. Glassmoyer is a member of the American and Sacramento Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Central Districts of California.
