Biography

Ms. Walsh is an associate in the Newport Beach office and concentrates her practice in the representation of policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.  She has significant experience litigating an array of commercial general liability matters, including numerous large-scale construction defect cases.  She also has handled first party property insurance cases. 

Ms. Walsh’s practice encompasses obtaining third party coverage for construction, advertising and personal injury, employment, product liability, and professional liability claims.
She also has a background in litigating political and election law matters and has worked both professionally and as a volunteer on many political campaigns. 

Ms. Walsh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988 from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was an Alumni Scholar. She received her Juris Doctor in 1991 from Loyola Law School. 
She is admitted to practice before all of the California courts, the United States District Court, Eastern, Central, Southern and Northern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit.

Ms. Walsh is Chair of the Villa Park Community Services Foundation Board and is a member of the Orange Unified School District Legislative Coalition.  She also volunteers as a legislative advocate and grant reviewer for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Orange County, and was honored to receive the organization’s Outstanding New Volunteer Award in 2008.
