Biography
Rhonda K. Kreger is an associate in the Newport Beach office, focusing on real estate and business transactions.
Her experience includes affordable housing, wind turbine development, asset management, leasing, property management, title review, finance, work-outs, foreclosure, bankruptcy, insurance and risk management, corporate governance, corporate, partnership, LLC, and nonprofit formation. Ms. Kreger is also an instructor in the UCI Extension Paralegal Training Program, teaching Fundamentals, Legal Ethics, and Legal Research. Ms. Kreger received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Rice University in 1978, and received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2002.While at Loyola, Ms. Kreger was awarded First Honors in Ethical Lawyering, Corporate Taxation, and Trial Advocacy. Ms. Kreger was admitted to the California Bar in 2002.
