Biography
Ms. Toubi is an associate in the Newport Beach office, focusing her practice in the areas of business and real estate litigation.
In 2009, Ms. Toubi was the recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for pro bono services she provided to the Public Law Center. She served as a mediator for the Superior Court of California, San Francisco. Ms. Toubi received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in 2003, from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was published in the Berkeley Undergraduate Journal. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2007, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she served as an assistant note editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. During law school, Ms. Toubi received extensive training in conducting negotiations and mediations, and satisfied the mediation training standards of the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act.
