Biography
Ms. McKechnie is an associate in the Newport Beach office, and concentrates her practice on business litigation and real estate litigation.
Ms. McKechnie received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude in 2001 from the University of California, Irvine, where she received an award for Excellence in Research. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2008 from Loyola Law School, where she served as a Note and Comment Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. During law school, Ms. McKechnie served as an intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement. She also satisfied the mediation training standards of the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act. Ms. McKechnie is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
