Biography
Mr. McSherry is an associate in the Newport Beach office and has extensive experience in construction litigation.
He has represented developers in all aspects of construction matters, including construction defect claims and insurance coverage issues arising out of those claims. He also has experience in general business litigation and probate.
Mr. McSherry graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 1993 with a BA in psychology. He received his Juris Doctorate with honors from McGeorge School of Law in 1997 and was a member of the Traynor Honor Society.
