Biography
Mr. Dennis is a partner in the Newport Beach office and concentrates on construction and business litigation.
He has represented developers in all aspects of complex construction matters and handles the insurance coverage issues that arise out of construction claims. Mr. Dennis has experience in business litigation matters involving lease disputes, partnership disputes, and premises liability claims.
Mr. Dennis received his Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College in 1994 where he double majored in economics and diplomacy and world affairs. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1997 from the University of Southern California Law Center. He participated in the honors moot court program at USC.
