Biography

Ms. Samson is a partner in the Newport Beach office, specializing in real estate, real estate financing, land use and public law.

Ms. Samson’s practice focuses on acquisition, financing, entitlement, construction, management, leasing and disposition of real property, including multifamily and retail properties, industrial and office buildings, and hotels, as well as master-planned communities, undeveloped properties, and former military bases. She also handles a wide range of land use and public law matters, including zoning, subdivision, permitting, wetlands, redevelopment, initiative, referendums, and vested rights matters.

Ms. Samson received her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame in 1980, graduating Summa Cum Laude. In 1985, Ms. Samson received her Juris Doctorate from University of Notre Dame Law School, graduating Cum Laude. At Notre Dame Law School, she served on the editorial board of the Law Review.

Ms. Samson is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Former President of the Orange County Chapter of WCRE and a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Forum.
