Biography
Ms. Condon is an associate in the Newport Beach office, focusing her practice in the areas of business and real estate litigation. Ms. Condon has experience in all stages of litigation from inception to trial and has represented both individuals and companies in both federal and state court proceedings.
Amongst her litigation experience, in 2009, Ms. Condon participated as a member of the briefing team in Carlsbad Technology, Inc. v. HIF Bio, Inc., 129 S. Ct. 1862 (2009), in which her client prevailed before the United States Supreme Court with a unanimous decision in its favor.
Ms. Condon earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University in 2001, and her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2007. While at law school, Ms. Condon served as literary editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law, and also completed a summer externship for the Honorable John T. Noonan of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
