Craig Glorioso is an associate in the Newport Beach office, focusing on real estate, financing and business transactions.
Mr. Glorioso’s experience includes representing individuals, corporations, real estate funds and REITs in all aspects of the purchase, sale, financing and maintenance of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial single property and multi-state portfolios. Mr. Glorioso also advises clients in connection with originations, purchases, participations, workouts and restructurings of senior and subordinate mortgage and mezzanine debt, as well as counseling clients on the formation and maintenance of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, offshore entities and hedge funds.
