Biography

James Hultz is a partner in the Newport Beach office.

He concentrates his practice on business disputes including construction, insurance and employment matters. He has extensive experience in complex construction and insurance litigation.

Mr. Hultz received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University in 1992 and Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, Law Center in 2001. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Hultz attended the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California and subsequently spent several years traveling and working throughout Korea as an intelligence analyst and Korean linguist.

Mr. Hultz is admitted before all the state courts of California.
