Biography
Mr. McSherry is an associate in the Newport Beach office where he specializes in the areas of construction, real estate, business and insurance coverage disputes.
Mr. McSherry has over a decade of experience in construction litigation representing builders, design professionals and landowners in both residential and commercial settings. He is also adept at handling insurance coverage disputes arising from these claims. He also handles general business litigation matters.
Mr. McSherry graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctorate with honors from McGeorge School of Law in 1997 and was also given the distinction of being named a member of the Traynor Honor Society.
Mr. McSherry lives with his wife and daughter in Redondo Beach. He is an avid golfer.
