He has broad based experience that includes representation of parties (including asset and stock purchase and sale transactions and the formation and restructuring of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies) in real estate purchase, sale transactions and leasing transactions, securities offerings, representation of parties in corporate transactions and representation of owners and contractors in real estate construction contracts.

Mr. Janecek received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics - System Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1985, graduating cum laude. In 1988, Mr. Janecek received his Juris Doctorate from Hastings College of the Law, graduating cum laude. At Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Janecek was a member of the Thurston Society and was an Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.
