California Supreme Court Affirms Verdict in Favor of Newmeyer & Dillion Developer Client in Anaheim
Greg Dillion and Joe Ferrentino obtained a jury verdict in excess of $10,000,000 on behalf of 396 Investment Company (formerly known as The Fieldstone Company) against the City of Anaheim. The Court of Appeals affirmed the result and the Supreme Court agreed.
