Biography
Mr. Owens brings an extensive and unique experience in representing developers in all aspects of construction. As a former residential developer, Mr. Owens understands the complexity of issues that builders and developers face and brings first hand knowledge and problem solving to the representation of his client.
Mr. Owens received his Bachelor of Science in economics with honors from Pepperdine University in 1995, where he was a member of the 1992 National Championship Division I Men’s Volleyball Team. He graduated with honors from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1998 and is certificated in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Stauss Institute for Dispute Resolution. Mr. Owens also devotes time to the pro bono representation of indigent clients in a variety of litigation and contract matters.
